Swiss compounding plants maker X-Compound, which has been a member of the German Troester Group since 2011, has had a change in management. After a four year transitional period, the original X-Compound founders and owners have now stepped down from their positions as Managing Directors.
Thus, effective this year, Raul Friedrich, a senior Manager from Troester has taken over the responsibility as CEO of X-Compound. Furthermore, Frank Knittel was appointed Director of Sales and Marketing and Stefan Nägele has joined the company as Head of Process Technology and R&D. Both have long-term experience with continuous Kneader compounding systems from previous responsibilities.
X-Compound was founded in 1996 and manufactures complete solutions in the field of compounding systems. As a part of the Troester Group, which is a key supplier of machines and complete plants for the cable, rubber and plastics industry, it offer multiple possibilities for synergies in the field of sales, marketing and manufacturing.
