Coveris enters Australasian market with NZ firm acquisition
Chicago-based Coveris Holdings SA., a leading packaging and coatings solutions company acquires Elldex Packaging Solutions, a New Zealand--based full-service flexible packaging company.
The acquisition will enable Coveris to expand globally into Australasia.
Elldex, previously owned by Hellaby Holdings Ltd is a manufacturer and importer of HDPE and LDPE flexible plastic packaging, and provides products that serve the meat, dairy, seafood, horticulture, and agricultural sectors.
