US-based colour/additive masterbatch supplier Ampacet Corporation has entered into definitive agreements to acquire Allied Color and Additives (ACA), headquartered in Mitcham, Australia. ACA specialises in colour and functional additive masterbatch for the Australian and New Zealand markets. Closing of the acquisition is currently anticipated to occur in July.

Privately-held ACA employs 40 and operates manufacturing facilities in both Australia and New Zealand.
