US-based Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) has acquired Inlet & Pipe Protection, a manufacturer of Flexstorm storm water inlet filters and a supplier of ADS since 2009.
The inlet filters provide a technological advantage to trap debris with an adjustable design allowing it to fit any drainage structure and provide maximum protection while being easy to install and economical, says ADS. Each unit filters silt, solids and other pollutants to help the environment and assist communities in meeting the EPA’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II Storm Water Rule, according to ADS.
Founded in 1966, ADS is the world’s largest producer of corrugated high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe. It has global network of 56 domestic and international manufacturing plants and 28 distribution centers.
