RPC acquires closure manufacturer GCS
Following exclusive discussions between PAI Partners and RPC, a leading plastic products design and engineering company for packaging and non-packaging markets for the sale of France-headquartered Global Closure Systems (GCS), and after the consultation process with GCS’s Works Councils was completed; the transaction has been signed on 18th December.
Christian Voegeli, CEO of GCS said that the combination of RPC and GCS will allow GCS to pursue, intensify and accelerate the execution of its profitable growth strategy focused on innovation, high value - added solutions and operational excellence, whilst strengthening its position in Americas and in Asia, as well as in procurement.
