Chinaplas 2025 concluded successfully, attracting a record 281,206 visitors

Chinaplas 2025 successfully wrapped up on April 18, attracting 281,206 visitors over four days—an increase of 13.29% compared to Chinaplas 2023 in Shenzhen. Of the total, 68,542 visitors came from overseas and from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, accounting for more than 24% of attendees.
The premier trade fair featured over 4,500 plastics and rubber suppliers from 39 countries and regions, showcasing more than 3,800 machines and over 1,600 raw material providers. Numerous trade deals were finalised between exhibitors and global buyers, proof of Chinaplas 2025’s role as a practical sourcing platform that created new partnerships and contributed to industry momentum.
Comprehensive industry chain showcase captured top buyers

Innovation continues to drive growth across emerging sectors in the plastics and rubber industries. Chinaplas 2025 featured over 120 technology debuts at the global and Asian levels, along with a wide range of practical, efficient, and cost-effective production solutions. The exhibition showcased a comprehensive industry chain—from advanced materials and intelligent manufacturing systems to proven products—serving key sectors such as automotive, electronics, packaging, medical, construction, new energy, sports, and more.
With a strong lineup of solutions and products, the trade show drew buyers from around 150 countries and regions. They engaged with a wide range of professional suppliers offering quality products tailored to their needs and explored diverse international business opportunities, significantly expanding their global networks.
Inspiring ideas emerge from concurrent events
A series of concurrent events focused on the circular economy garnered strong participation and support. Over 800 industry professionals attended the “Plastics Recycling & Circular Economy Conference and Showcase,” where more than 60 international experts and enterprise leaders shared insights on recycling markets and technologies driving sustainable plastics development.
At the “Sustainable Plastic Packaging Forum,” specialists from leading packaging organizations and companies discussed global solutions and sustainability strategies. Brand representatives also shared real-world challenges in implementing innovative packaging, facilitating meaningful exchange between upstream and downstream players.
Meanwhile, the “Plastics Circularity Journey” live demo featured PET food-grade and high-quality PE recycling production lines, highlighting practical applications for high-value plastic reuse.
Other concurrent talks and interactive activities also received strong support. At the 3rd “SciXplore Forum,” leading scientists and experts shared insights on future developments and breakthroughs in the polymer industry.
The “Applications in Focus” forums addressed over 40 key topics, including recyclable medical packaging, cost reduction strategies, and efficiency improvements in electronics and electrical manufacturing.
At the "Market Insights Hub," visitors engaged with industry experts in three thematic forums, exploring strategies for the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and overseas market expansion, ESG and sustainable supply chains, and insights on new quality productive forces.
Over 40 groundbreaking technologies were unveiled at Tech Talk, covering six themes: 3D Printing, Automotive Lightweighting Solutions, Green Low-carbon Solutions, Efficient Packaging, Rubber & TPE Technologies, and 2025 New Materials.
Debuting this year, "innoGreen Hub" and "SportsTech Chic + Green" spotlighted cutting-edge technologies, materials, and designs in automotive, electronics, medical, packaging, and sportswear. These areas highlighted how sustainable solutions drive the "green+smart manufacturing" trend and sporty chic.
The "Product Innovation Gallery" featured over 200 unique products, allowing visitors to quickly understand the technologies and connect with ideal suppliers.
For the first time, visitors participated in the "Exclusive VIP Factory Tour," where they exchanged insights on ESG and innovative product manufacturing directly with technical executives on factory floors. Chinaplas 2025 also hosted “Development Day for Campus Elites,” creating a platform for plastics and rubber companies to connect with top graduates for targeted recruitment.
