Brueckner Asia-Pacific opens facility in Thailand
Brueckner Group Asia-Pacific, a fast-growing entity within the Brückner Group recently officially inaugurated its new manufacturing and office facility in Thailand. Located at the WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate in Rayong, it will cater to customers in the ASEAN region.
Since its establishment in March 2022, Brueckner Group Asia-Pacific has specialised in stretching ovens for battery separator film lines. The facility, spanning 16,300 sq m, also houses a fully equipped centre for the reprocessing of film stretching lines’ clips and chains.
In response to the company’s growth, Brueckner Group Asia-Pacific has embarked on the next phase, introducing stretching oven manufacturing and assembly in 2023.
Additionally, a dedicated Kiefel service hub has been established, serving as an overhaul workshop for thermoforming tools and machine stations, further enhancing local support for customers in the region.
Axel von Wiedersperg, CEO of Brückner Group, underscored the significance of Brueckner Group Asia-Pacific’s regional footprint, stating, "With our expanded facilities we set a significant mark proving our commitment and trust in this region’s current and further developing strength. We continue to enhance our relationship with and strive fostering the success of our customers in the Asia-Pacific region."

The new set-up will ensure meeting our customers' evolving needs through workshops and trainings for technicians."
Germany-based Brückner Group encompasses Brückner Maschinenbau, Brückner Servtec, Kiefel, and PackSys Global. The corporate group has been family-owned since it was founded in 1960. The group has some 2,900 employees worldwide and is managed by the strategic management holding company, Brückner Group SE.
The company also has operations in China, India and Slovakia.
