New Taiwanese plastics & rubber show to be held in June 2025

The inaugural Plastics, Rubber & Composite Material Fair Taiwan (PMT 2025), to be held from 4-6 June 2025 at the ICC Tainan, is being organised by Venturap Conference & Exhibition Co, the Taiwanese agent of RX, one of the world’s largest exhibition groups.
The organiser says a “stellar” list of exhibitors has already confirmed participation, including major industry players such as Fong Kee, FCS, Channg Chun Plastic, Sampe Taiwan, Rockey Composite, Tenso Machinery, Dot Zero, Chuan Lih Fa Machinery, TSM, and international names like Changzhou Chenli Precision Equipment (China), Pinette Pei (France), ZSK Stickmaschinen Gmbh (Germany), and Tai Thai Rubber Thailand.
A key highlight of the event is its emphasis on digital transformation and sustainable development, with many participating exhibitors presenting cutting-edge solutions in carbon footprint management, intelligent manufacturing, and energy efficiency, according to the organiser. “These innovations aim to empower traditional manufacturers in their transition toward net-zero carbon operations,” it adds.
Advised by the Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs, and co-organised by leading local industry associations, the exhibition aims to become Asia’s flagship platform for material innovation and industrial procurement.
Although a newcomer in the organiser landscape, Venturap leverages a strong international network and extensive curatorial expertise. Its debut show has already attracted widespread attention and support from domestic and international industry players. The exhibition spans across plastics, rubber, composites, textile fibers, metal matrix composites, and materials processing equipment, targeting applications in aerospace, automotive, components, bicycles, sporting goods, and medical devices.
Global buyers are being actively invited, and the show is expected to draw high-potential manufacturers and distributors from across the Asia-Pacific region.
Venturap also announced the launch of a “Start-up Micro Zone”, offering free booth spaces to new ventures founded within the past five years. This initiative seeks to promote the integration of digital innovation and green supply chain practices, paving the way for a competitive materials industry of the future.
The event will also feature the PMT SUMMIT – Materials Industry Innovation Forum, co-organised by Venturap and the Plastics Industry Development Centre. The forum will explore topics such as low-carbon recycled materials and circular business models, lightweight innovations in fiber and continuous thermoplastic composites, and AI-driven integration of hardware and software in smart manufacturing. The summit is expected to attract technical buyers and industry experts from around the world.
Venturap adds the show has support from nearly 20 industry associations.
