Tech Talk comprises five main themes, including “Eco-friendly Solutions”, “Advanced Packaging Solutions”, “Automotive Plastic Solutions”, “3D Printing” and “2024 New Materials”, to reveal over 30 of the latest, hottest and most breakthrough cutting-edge technologies. Application in Focus, featuring a total of 10 thematic seminars, encompasses over 60 hot topics, including photoelectric cables, low-carbon energy, medical sterilisation packaging, integrated biomedical engineering, ready-meal packaging, automobile safety, environmental protection, etc.

New power︱4 focuses to highlight the strength of renowned exhibitors

"Circular Economy", "Innovative Materials", "Digitalisation" and "High-end Technologies from China" are not only weighty industry trends but also the focuses of the exhibition this year. Spanning across these four directions, the organiser collaborates with the leading exhibitors to present cutting-edge innovations, demonstrating the advancement and “new productive forces” of plastics and rubber industries. At the same time, concerted efforts are being made to foster collaborative innovation among upstream and downstream sectors to expedite the development of “new productive forces”.

Circular economy stands out as of the prevailing theme in the manufacturing industry today.Among the 17 theme zones, the exhibition features eco-friendly manufacturing, such as Recycling Technology Zone, Bioplastics Zone and Recycled Plastics Zone, aiming to explore the vast potential of the circular economy. Emerging technologies include 90% post-consumer recycled polycarbonate, mass-balanced PA66 incorporating Asian post-consumer plastic waste, chemically recycled medical-grade ABS materials, sustainable TPE, bottle flake sorting machines, and more.

Continuousmaterial innovation drives technological breakthroughs and upgrades across various industries. With over 1,500 raw material suppliers, the exhibition showcases a diverse range of innovative materials. Highlights include the world's first PA12 powder for 3D printing derived from biologically recycled raw materials, non-food bottle caps made from post-consumer recycled PP plastic, inorganic antibacterial additives, graphene masterbatch, and other impressive offerings.

Digital economy is the catalyst for enhancing industry quality and efficiency. In the theme zones like Injection Moulding Machinery & Smart Manufacturing Tech Zone, Auxiliary & Testing Equipment Zone, and 3D Technology Zone, visitors discover innovative solutions encompassing machine learning, artificial intelligence, mold monitoring, data and image monitoring, vision inspection systems, fully servo-automatic blow moulding, system integration and collaborative robots, modular design systems, solutions for total automated interconnection of multiple production processes, in-mold painting technology, upgraded versions of high-speed, highly stable robotic arms, and turnkey solutions for highly integrated medical pipette tips.

The exhibition features a blend of globally sourced innovative technologies and homegrown expertise from diligent local enterprises. Among the exhibitors this year, over 800 companies from China have been recognised as “Technologically Advanced Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”, with more than 250 of them awarded as a “Little Giant”. Through exhibits such as two-plate intelligent injection moulding machines, high-speed precision injection moulding machines, and cutting-edge 56-layer nano-wrap film production lines, etc., they showcase the glamour of "High-end Technologies from China" to the world on the stage of Chinaplas.
