ussian petrochemical supplier Sibur's subsidiary Sibur-Neftekhim is investing US$306 million to expand its ethylene capacity to 430,000 tonnes/year at its Nizhny Novgorod plant. In TPE, it is doubling its capacity to 85,000 tonnes/year at its plant in Voronezh.
