Mold-Masters opens second service facility in US

Supplier of hot runners Mold-Masters has announced the opening of a new full-service customer support centre in the US, in Phoenix, Arizona. It adds that this strategic expansion strengthens its aftermarket capabilities across the Southwestern US and Northern Mexico. It also has a service facility in Madison Heights, Michigan, that will continue to support customers in the Eastern US and Canada.

The Phoenix facility is fully equipped to provide aftermarket services, including:

  • Spare Parts

  • Technical Support

  • Service & Repairs

  • System Cleanings

  • Refurbishments

  • Preventative Maintenance

  • Training Programs

Mold-Masters adds it can offer faster turnaround times and more convenient access for regional customers.
